Looking completely worn down, Tila Tequila was spotted leaving her Studio City home with the pet pooch on Friday afternoon.
Quickly bombarded by paparazzi and media members, the MTV reality star loaded her pup in the car and drove off to an appointment at a Beverly Hills medical center.
