Having just returned home from a relaxing vacation, Audrina Patridge ventured out for a bite to eat at the Griddle Cafe in West Hollywood on Thursday afternoon.
Joined by a gentleman pal, the “Hills” hottie looked in fine form as she smiled for paparazzi - even stopping to sign a copy of Maxim for one of the following shutterbugs.
